We finished three Chairs this week, not much else we(i) can do. Ran into some problems with one of the chairs that was backwards, the bolt was stripped so we eventually have to cut it.

Another week of chairs:

This week we were supposed to do the same thing we did last week, fix the chairs as soon as possible. We hope to finish them this week because we do have a majority of them finished, we just have to fix the ones that were put on backwards and finish the 3 or 4 that we have left.

Friday, April 24, 2015

More Chairs:

By the end of the week we finished about 5 or 6 chairs. Unfortunately one got messed up and put on backwards and the nuts are a lot harder to take off than they are to put on.

Attack of the chairs:

This week we were to fix broken chairs but replacing the old nuts and bolts that were in them and replacing them with much larger bolts and lock nuts with and added washer for extra stability.

Welding problems:

We were able to finish the second re-bounder after a week but we ran into a lot of problems. The welds kept falling apart so we reinforced it by welding scrap metal to the pieces.

Monday, April 13, 2015

Welding rebounder:

At the moment we're trying to weld the rebounder. The welds we did last week fell apart so we had to grind them off and re-weld the pieces. We want to finish this one by Friday.

Thursday, April 9, 2015

Phase 2:

This week we finished the first re-bounder, the hardest part being the attachment of the springs. We also started working on the second re-bounder and the boat stand.

Monday, April 6, 2015

We "were" done:

Last week we were able to weld the rebounder and start to get the springs back on and the plan for this week is to finish it and begin the next project which was another rebounder, this one in much worse shape than the last one. We have to grind off the rust and re-weld the pieces that broke off.

Friday, April 3, 2015

Almost there:

This week we almost completed the rebounder. We completed the frame and we now just have to attach the

the springs and the fabric.

New Quarter:

This week we were briefed on what we were going to do this quarter. We have to fix a lacrosse re-bounder, a broken fan as well as build a wood organizer and rebuild the old one.

First Test Fire:

We were able to get the balista firing but we only got around 15 feet, now we have to replace the wood that was splitting as well as double up on wood in the areas with a lot of pressure.

Monday, March 2, 2015

It looks good:

We got the balista put together, we need to increase the tension so we can fire it as well as find a way to keep the ball from falling out when we fire it.

Friday, February 27, 2015

Ready to fire:

Our plan or this week is to get the balista ready to fire, we need to find a way to mount it to the stand as well as how to keep ball inside without falling out.

Monday, February 23, 2015

A Crossbow:

Our goals for this week is to put the balista together and mount it on the stand as well as get the torsion working so we can fire it.

Friday, February 20, 2015

Its comes together:

This week we were able to cut all the wood for the balista and we actually started working on screwing the pieces together.

Monday, February 16, 2015

Cutting Wood:

We're cutting wood for the balista, we used the saw in horticulture. We also did some cleaning.

Friday, February 13, 2015

Wood:

This week we plan on getting the wood for the balista and making measurements so we can cut the pieces so we can start putting the balista together.

Monday, February 9, 2015

New project:

This we were assigned to build a balista and trebuchet since we were finished with the kart. We got to work on the solid works designs.

Friday, February 6, 2015

It all comes together:

This week we built they battery box and we were also able to put the car back together properly and had it completely running as well as clean the shop.
