Lookin' neat:
This week we cleaned up the wiring on the kart and strapped everything down unfortunately we still weren't able to take it out for a spin but maybe next week. We also did some large scale cleaning, with the usual metal cleaning, welding and grinding.

Finally done:
Since last week we got the kart running our plan for this week is to find a way to get the kart to full throttle. We also want to clean up the wiring and make it safe and more efficient while looking good.

Full speed ahead:
We started the week with the plan of accelerating our progress on the Kart. We started working on finishing the pot box and mounted a little plate of metal to the rear to hold the spring return. we also welded the U shaped steel to the body to hold the throttle cable in place and started troubleshooting because the kart wouldn't start.

The beginning of the end:
This week we wanted to try and finish the Kart. We have most of the work done but the wiring is a bit tricky so we have to troubleshoot. We also have to test the batteries and get the wiring done properly.

Wrap up:
This week we started to make the U pieces for the throttle cable, we also finished the pedal and found a new place to position the POT box, we drilled holes along the side in order to bolt it down. We also started to cut out a piece of metal to hold the spring return.

Back at it:
This week our goal was to get to work on the kart. We had to come up with a completely new spot to put the POT box because where it was before would interfere with the driver. We also have to make two U shaped pieces of metal to hold the ends of the throttle cable in place. We also need to finish the pedal.
